We select weekly the best meats in Galicia by buying directly to  slaughteries in Galicia and Basque Country and by means of our suppliers such as Cárnicas Boo or Discarlux, which allows us to have every day wonderful examples of Galician calf, beef and ox, of which we can give you almost every cut: t-bone, entrecote, fillet steak, rump, rump tail, thick flank, shin, ossobuco, tail…

Moreover, we make an effot to bring to your home the best baby lamb from Aranda (Burgos), white and iberian pig, suckling pic from Segovia, ibéricos de bellota from Valle de los Pedroches… We receive products of all around Spain every day, that is why we are able to accept special requests (full baby lamb, carrets of cochinillo, rib eye and grill cuts such as barbecued steak, sweetbreads…)
